Alternate Workouts:

Those athletes participating in Varsity Waterpolo may be permitted to count some Varsity Waterpolo workouts towards their minimum. Speak with Lynn or John to determine an appropriate training plan.

The following Masters workouts may be made available if your schedule does not permit you to attend enough of the above workouts. Please discuss with a Varsity coach prior to attending if you need to swim at any of these workouts on a regular basis. (Occasional drop-in swims are not permitted.)

Note: These workouts run from Tuesday, September 14th to Saturday, December 18th, and from Monday, January 3rd to Friday, April 22nd, with the following cancellations: Monday, October 11th (Thanksgiving), Saturday, March 12th (Canoe Show) and Friday, March 25th (Good Friday). (A 6:30-7:30am MWF group will start up after the Varsity season ends.)
