(updated August 30th, 2005)

A Swimming pre-season swim conditioning camp will take place from Friday, August 26th to Monday, September 5th, 2005. This camp is free of charge and open to all those planning to try out for the 2005-2006 Varsity Swimming and Water Polo teams.

Note that the swim, weights and mental training sessions are shown below, along with a Varsity Athlete Welcome Session and a Team Dinner, and some team building events. Addiitonal team building activities may be added.
